Founder and Executive Director @ Multicultural Women in Sport

Molina is a lawyer by background and sits on numerous boards and Committees.

Molina is founder of organisation Multicultural Women in Sport which aims to increase participation of women from multicultural backgrounds in sport for their empowerment, well-being and sense of belonging in community.

She is a Commissioner for the AFL South East Commission and was on the AFL advisory Committee for multicultural engagement.  She was awarded the Regional Ambassador of the Year Award in 2015 and Fair Play Award in 2016 by AFL for her contribution and initiatives in promoting the game within the multicultural communities. She is also a Cricket Australia ‘Sport for All’ Community Ambassador, Commonwealth Games Ambassador and the Jean Hailey’s Women’s Health Week Ambassador.

She has also won the Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence twice for her work in promoting diversity and the prevention family violence.
